Your investment journey in 4 steps

1. Contribution

Investors make a monthly contribution or a once-off lump sum into the stokvel account in exchange for shares in the investment.

2. Property acquisition & strategy

Amass Property Stokvel identifies and acquires suitable properties, which are either renovated for resale or rented out to generate income.

3. Income distribution

Investors receive dividend payouts from the profits generated by the property, in proportion to their shareholding.

4. Exit or Reinvestment

Investors have the option to exit the investment or remain in the stokvel to participate in future property projects.
